Dear parents and carers,

I can't believe I'm writing about the last week of term already! It's flown by!

It's been really lovely to meet most of you this week at parents evening, thank you.

In Endeavour today, we ended our week beautifully with our house points class treat and the last of the buddy assemblies!  Year 6 you have done so well standing in front of the whole school and speaking about your lovely buddies.

Next week group A will have their bikeability session on Thursday. We will be finishing the narrative writing pieces 'The Empty Chair' (These are fab so far, lots of creative writers amongst us) and round off our Geography topic on population change with reports about the data we collected.

Homework is on Atom learning for English and Maths for both year groups. There are a few children who have not completed any Atom learning tasks yet. Your support with homework makes a huge difference to their class experience. It consolidates learning and gives them chance to practice. This all adds to their understanding and confidence in the classroom. If you cannot access Atom, please let me know.

There are no spellings this week.

Wishing you all  a wonderful weekend!

Mrs F-S
