End of Term 427 March 2026 (by Sonia Coles (scoles)) |
It has been a lovely end to Term 4, filled with Easter activities and even an early finish! I’m sure the children are all looking forward to a well-deserved two-week break.
Next term, our topic will be geography-based. The children will explore different types of settlements and investigate the question: Are all settlements the same?
Maths:
We will begin Fractions – Unit B. Please continue to support your child in practising their times tables so they feel confident with this topic.
Homework:
- Maths: Set on Atom Learning, focusing on addition and subtraction following a recent assessment. This is to help revisit and secure these key skills.
- Spellings: Issued for Term 5, Week 1.
- There will be no SPaG booklets, but please ensure your child completes their research on “Are all settlements the same?” and gathers relevant facts.
- Reading: Encourage daily reading for pleasure (at least 10 minutes).
Wishing you all a happy Easter and a restful break!
