Class Treat

• All week: Children may wear comfortable slippers and bring one soft toy, which must be clearly labelled.

• Friday: Children may wear pyjamas or home clothes, whichever they prefer. Please ensure they are dressed appropriately for the weather.

Swimming

Swimming lessons began in Term 4 on Friday 25th February 2026.
Thank you to the parents who have already completed the permission slips. If you haven’t yet done so, please complete this as soon as possible using the attached link.

English

This week, the children wrote a biography on Ernest Shackleton. They worked hard to incorporate a range of SPaG features, and we were really impressed with their writing.

 Maths

We continued our measurement unit, and appropriate homework worksheets have been sent home to support learning.

Science (Next Week)

Next week, our focus will be Animals Including Humans. We will be learning about nutrition, skeletons, and muscles. An email has already been sent regarding handling bones.
