Week ahead!
Happy Friday all!
We have had a wonderful week full of class presentations on life in our local area for our topic work, a Henley Literary Festival live lesson in English, ukulele playing and ending with that absolute fantastic Buddies assembly!
What an incredible job they did, you must all be so proud (I am).
The cake sale topped off the week beautifully, thank you all so much and well done. I can confirm, they were absolutely delicious!
Looking ahead to next week- We will be finishing our topic work on What is life like in The Alps and will be starting some narrative writing in English.
I look forward to seeing you all at the parent meetings - Please check your child's bag/planners for the parent evening slip and go through the office if you want to make any changes.

Next term will be all about life in the Tudor times (kicking off with our trip to Sulgrave Manor in the last week of this term) and I wanted to send out the class text for next term early to give you chance to purchase a copy. It will be 'Treason' by Berlie Doherty. If you can't get a copy, I will of course make sure I have a few in the classroom.
