Children are learning a new sound each day, and if you get out their sounds bags, I’m sure they will show you just how wonderfully they have been doing!

Maths

We start Week 4 of Mastering Number maths, where children will be looking at ‘hearing sounds as well as seeing them. Improving their subitising and consolidation of counting.

General Week

We will be reading stories and practising role play this week, you won’t believe it-but we are getting the basics down for a fantastic nativity this December already!

For art we will be experimenting with different mediums, such as charcoal, wax crayons, watercolour and more.

We will also be thinking about our school community as a part of our special people, doing a school tour and noticing what’s around us here at Nettlebed!
