What a fantastic first full week back!
I have been so proud of the class this week. Straight back into full curriculum and full of enthusiasm!

In yr 6 maths we have been using place value charts to see how numbers get 10 times bigger (going left) or 10 times smaller (going right).

Our topic work is off to a flying start, about life in The Alps. Thank you to those who have shared their experiences there, with photos and presentations! We all really enjoyed these.

Our PSHE focus this term is our relationships. This week, the class discussed what effective teamwork and collaboration looks like and then put those discussions and ideas into practice with a challenging group task!

Our English/topic lessons have combined research tasks on the computers and features of informative texts, resulting in some wonderful texts all about life in the Alps.

Spellings will be given on a Friday, tested the following Friday.
