Endeavour Class: Term 5, Week 519 May 2025 (by Kerry Burbedge (kburbedge)) |
What a week!
Year 6s were absolute superstars - they undertook their SATs with calm and maturity. I am incredibly proud of them!
Year 5s had some learning as a whole year group whilst Ms Roberts was a way at Hill End. It was lovely for the class to finally be back together on Friday with our classroom now set up for the remainder of the year.
This week, we will complete our topic which asks 'what are rivers and how are they used?'. We will also spend some time making our book sleeves in DT this week, followed by a written evaluation.
Don't forget, this Friday is Break the Rules Day in exchange for a tombola prize for NettleFest. Children can break the rules by:
Wear nail varnish
Crazy hair / coloured hair
Squash in your water bottle
Chocolate or crisps for snack
Trainers instead of school shoes
Wear a hat
Bring in a cuddly toy
Eat dessert before lunch
Odd socks / funky tights
Star of the Term assembly is this Friday at 2:45pm.
Have a lovely final week!
