Topic and English work

In geography, we will be considering how human beings make use of rivers. Linking with this idea, pupils will be letting their imaginations run wild as they write stories with a river as the setting.

PE lessons

The class have had two tennis sessions so far this term with Tom Scott and I can see some great skills developing. What is even more pleasing is seeing their excellent attitude on court, sense of fair play and support for each other.

Y4 are enjoying developing their striking and fielding skills in rounders and I see the same sportsmanship in those sessions too.
