Time seems to be flying by and we are at the end of term 4. The children have worked hard and ready for a break.
It was lovely to meet all the parents in Discovery and to discuss how your child has settled in this year and the progress they've made in year 3.
Science will continue this week instead of English writing tasks. We will will complete our unit on 'light, darkness and shadows.' Since it is our final week in term 4, we will conclude our topic on the Romans in Britannia.
Maths- Completing our topic on measuring mass and capacity.
Some afternoon subjects will continue as normal. On Thursday, we will have the star of the term assembly at 2:45pm and school will finish at 1:30 on Friday afternoon.
Swimming: Friday's lesson will be the last swimming session for the academic year.
Homework- spellings, spag booklets, maths worksheets have all been sent home with your child.
