On Friday, they can bring in trade cards, but this would be the children's responsibility to look after their belongings.

Last week in English, the class wrote  2 diary entries from the point of view of an innate objects within the classroom and then a diary entry from the point from Rhianna (character from the Queen of Darkness).

On Wednesday, the children will write a setting description assessment based on our topic about the Roman invading Britain. However, the next 2 weeks will be blocked for Science. We will revisit our topic to conduct practical experiments on Light, Darkness and Shadows.

Maths- Continuation on Measuring mass and capacity.

Swimming on Friday will be based on self rescue. Children must bring a set of pyjamas + their normal swimwear, an additional plastic bag to carry all wet items. Please be mindful that children will wear their swimwear under their PJs.

Hill End: Whilst the residential trip will be in May. I've sent home a kit list that your child will require for the 2 nights/ 3 day trip away. Please do not pack too many items or send your child with a bag that they cannot carry by themselves, thanks.
