This week we look forward to learning more about famous aviators in our topic. Bessie Coleman, one of the first women to gain a pilot's licence and overcoming the all the odds in society at that time, was able to succeed by her perseverance and determination.

Further to the class email, a reminder to save card inner rolls and small card boxes for Thursday. Please bring them on that day for the afternoon's lesson.
Also a big thank you for all your kind contributions and support last Friday as we made a very memorable last day for Mr Wright. See the photo above that we used on his class 'retirement' card from the class. He really had a lovely day with everyone and passes on his very grateful thanks for his gifts we presented to him at the whole school assembly in the afternoon. Please see a separate email.
