Writing/Topic

This week we will continue with writing a story using The Journey by Neil Griffiths as stimulus.

For research on our Transport Topic we are going with Discovery class across the road to the Nettlebed Club grounds to take a traffic survey.

Maths

The children will continue to learn about measuring in Mass & Volume. This week’s focus is on measuring and comparing volume & capacity. 

Science

This term we will be looking at Plants. We will identify and name a variety of common wild and garden plants, including deciduous and evergreen trees and list the conditions plants need to grow.
