Over the last 2 weeks, children have researched information on India and created impressive fact files.

We have also been reading and enjoying fables from the Panchatantra. This week in English, children will be writing their own fable based on the animals that can be found in India. They will look at important features to incorporate in their writing.

Maths: Continuation with Mass and Capacity

Afternoon subjects will continue as normal this week.

Homework: 

Maths, practise times table 3, 4 and 8. All topics previously covered in class ( column addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, length+ perimeter and fractions). No Atom learning this week.

English: To think about their fable characters and plot. In addition, spag booklet.
