A huge thank you to all year 5 parents who were managed to transport bikes in and out of school last week - the children were brilliant on their Bikeability course.

Next week we will be completing our sponsored obstacle course in aid of Sobell House Hospice - please don't forget to ask for sponsorship from family and friends. Don't forget, the children are allowed to wear home clothes but sporty clothes that are okay to get dirty!

The School Councill will be holding a cake sale for sweet treats once the course has been completed so don't forget your pound coins!

In English this week we will be delving further into our class text - Asha & the Spirit Bird before we think about writing a description of our own spirit animal. In geography, we will be learning about the climates and biomes of India.

Year 6 have now been issued with their SATS Bootcamp login so working on this site will now serve as their homework as well as weekly spellings. Year 5 are to complete English Skills homework as usual, any Atom Learning work set and weekly spellings.
