Dear Parents and Carers,

We have so much enjoyed comparing the differences between rich and poor people in the times of the Tudors over the past two weeks.   There have been so many facts we have discovered in different aspects of their lives: homes, clothing, worklife, schooling and not at all least; food.   Our writing has used that knowledge in our fact writing.

This week we look at a more modern side to rich and poor by learning about FairTrade and what it means.  Our task will be to persuade someone to buy FairTrade goods and convince them it is the ethical choice!

In maths, we continue with properties of shape

On another note, please ensure your child has plenty of layers for outside actitivies.   They should know if they have a coat and to put it on to keep warm.  

Forest School is as normal on Tuesday afternoon.
