Welcome to Term 3, and a Happy New Year to all! It's truly delightful to have everyone back after the break.

Adventure children have been amazing, even though it's tough to get back to our regular routine after the break. But guess what? We've been super busy doing lots of recaps, and it's so nice to see everyone happy to be back!

This term, we're exploring "Hot and Cold," and the children have been participating in activities connected to this theme. This week, our focus has been on "Cold" and arctic animals.

Maths: we will revisit the concept 1:1 correspondence, and begin to apply this concept to count more abstract things, such claps and jumps. Alongside counting to numbers larger than 20.

Science: we will finish of talking about Habitats and we will start taking about Seasons

Arts: Children are choosing their own favourite animal from the Arctic and making them out of clay

PSHE: Valuing differences
