A very warm welcome to all the children and their families in Discovery this year. I'm looking forward to meeting familiar faces and new parents.

The week ahead, will no doubt be a busy one for us all. This will be an opportunity to get to know the children in my class, get straight into learning, followed by some fun!

English - The children will write a recount of their summer holidays. Applying their previous SPaG / phonics knowledge and incorporating features of a recount, after looking at a few examples in class.

Maths- Place value Unit

PE will be on Tuesday & Thursday afternoons.

Afternoon subjects will also commence during the week.
