It's been an amazing week! The children adored their treat today, understanding they must continue to strive for excellence to enjoy more moments like this!
Starting next week, we'll introduce numbered reading books. This helps us identify who hasn't returned their books without inconveniencing other children due to shortages. Some parents worry about losing the physical book at home, so having the online version for home reading puts their minds at ease. If you prefer online reading only, kindly email me, and your child won't receive the physical book. adventureclass@nettlebed.oxon.sch.uk

Phonics: review of everything we have learned so far.

Maths: They will practise developing 1:1 correspondence, by counting numbers at the same time as moving or tagging the objects. Also, ‘how many’ things there are altogether.
Science: we will talk about food and hygiene.
Art: we will create a display with Healthy food and not Healthy food.
